Board of Directors

 

Amilyn Pierce, Board President Mrs. Pierce is a veteran of numerous political campaigns and civil service initiatives. She is a vital resource to the school in regards to 21st century career initiatives, governance, and curriculum.

Elaine Baldridge, Secretary Mrs. Baldridge is the former Executive Director for The Foundation for Blind Children. She is a local resident that concentrates her efforts on Special Education, governance, and community programs.

Aric DeAguero, Member Mr. DeAguero is an IT manager for AAA insurance in Phoenix, Arizona. He provides leadership to our technology integration objectives, servant leadership programs, and community outreach.

David Fiero, Member Mr. Fierro is a Recreation Coordinator II at the Goelet A.C. Beuf Community Center in North Phoenix. He is also on the advisory board for the Christine YMCA and a graduate of the Valle Del Sol’s Hispanic Leadership Institute-Phoenix 2017.

John Pirrone, Member Mr. Pirrone has over forty years of management experience in the manufacturing sector with Karcher Chemical and Revlon. His business experience is utilized at Ethos for matters related to finance, accounting, contracts, and management.

 

Board of Directors Meetings
Notices for the meetings are posted in the front office on the bulletin board of the school (8840 N. 43rd Ave., Glendale, AZ 85302) and the website at least 24 hours prior to each meeting.

All regular Governing Board Meetings are held on the 4th Friday of the month at 10:30 AM unless otherwise indicated. All Agendas and Minutes can be found HERE. All meetings are held at Ethos Academy: TeamCFA, 8840 N 43rd Ave Glendale, AZ 85302, in our board room.
